| Corporate training and development of skills has moved
from sending your team on public generic workshops to engaging
your team in personalised group training, coaching and
development. Our training approach is focused on our relationship
with the client, understanding their industry and ensuring
that our training programs contribute to the development
of each individual in the team as well as the team as a
whole. Our facilitators/trainers are part of each phase in
the training process to ensure that we have a holistic
approach and understanding when facilitating the group.
We offer four training programs. Each of our programs
consists of six modules/courses. Each module/course can
be taken separately or the program as a whole: |

| Our Emotional Intelligence program was developed by our
network of Clinical and Industrial Psychologists as well
as Adult Educators. Many measuring instruments regarding
Emotional levels of the individual and the institution
were studied and the most accurate measurements were chosen.
The measurements used in our EQ program are recognised
world-wide. With a recent study by the Centre of Creative Leadership
it was determined that the number one factor determining
success was the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Your ability to build and maintain relationships are
determined by your EQ. Developing EQ will contribute
greatly to the success of your business and the individual. |
